TEAM INDIA - ASC 2025
The Surfing Federation of India (SFI), the recognised governing body for the sport of surfing & stand up paddle (SUP) in the country, is proud to announce the official selection of Team India for the Asian Surfing Championships (ASC) 2025, set to be held in Mahabalipuram from August 3rd to 13th, 2025.
After a series of rigorous national competitions and rounds of meetings amongst the selection committee, the following athletes have earned their spot to represent India on the continental stage as per the National Selection Policy 2025.

The selected athletes will go through a rigorous training camp starting July 20th 2025 before the Asian Surfing Championship commences by experienced coaching team including national coaches, technical staff, and management, to ensure optimal performance and preparation ahead of the championships.
The ASC will be the last qualifier event for the Asian Games in Aichi Prefecture and Nagoya, Japan, from 19 September to 4 October 2026. India has already qualified for the Asian Games in the last ASC held at Thulusdhoo, Maldives.
