🌍 International Coach:

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record coaching at international level.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Expertise in elite athlete development and coaching a national team.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong leadership, strategy, and communication skills.

🇮🇳 National Head Coach

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 10 years coaching experience

•⁠ ⁠⁠Capable of building a national coaching ecosystem.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Visionary approach with strong planning and execution.

🏄 National Coaches

•⁠ ⁠Specialized in surf and SUP coaching.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Certified and experienced in athlete development and competitions.

👥 Assistant Coaches

•⁠ ⁠Technical understanding of surfing techniques and safety.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience assisting high-performance coaching programs

💪 Physiotherapists & Fitness Trainers

•⁠ ⁠Certified in sports physiotherapy/fitness training

•⁠ ⁠⁠Expertise in injury prevention, rehab, and conditioning for surf athletes

🗂️ Administrative Staff

•⁠ ⁠Skilled in sports administration, event coordination, logistics

•⁠ ⁠⁠Proficiency in digital tools and communication.
